Book orders:
Once you have placed an order you will be sent an email confirming receipt of your order.
Please then allow between 10 and 30 days for delivery of your order from date of shipping.
An email confirming shipping details and your tracking number (for DPD in the UK, DHL Express elsewhere) will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Orders placed up to Monday 12th December 2022 will have been posted before our office closes
Orders placed after Monday 12th December will be posted to arrive in early January 2023
2022 Christmas & New Year office closure:
Please note that Bookmark’s office is closed from Friday 23rd December 2022 until Tuesday 3rd January 2023. After Thursday 22nd December we will respond to any requests for information about the book and orders upon our return.
